Hunters Creek Communities: Tanglewood - Westshire
Tanglewood
Tanglewood is the only guarded gated community within Hunter’s Creek. The neighborhood consists of 182 home site many of which are golf front. The Tanglewood community features a community pool, large Jacuzzi and tennis courts for exclusive use of Tanglewood residents. Another distinction of Tanglewood is that all of the front yards landscaping is maintained by the Tanglewood homeowners association. This friendly community is located on Hunters Creek Blvd between John Young and Orange Blossom Trail.
Terra Vista
Terra Vista was the first neighborhood in the Vistas with construction beginning in 1999. The neighborhood was completed in 2003 and features 174 three to five bedroom homes. The community is set just behind Vista Park, giving residents easy access to one of Hunter’s Creeks largest recreational facilities.
The Fairways
The Fairways is a gated community of custom built homes located off of John Young Pkwy. This beautiful community is surrounded by several lakes and the Hunter’s Creek golf course. The beautiful community of golf and lake front homes was built between 1989 and 1996. Homes in this prime area of Hunters Creek range from 3 to 6 bedrooms.
Timucua
Timucua is a community of 155 homes built by 3 builders. The community features one interior lake and 2 ponds and has conservation area bordering the west side. The community was named after the Timucua Indians who resided in Central Florida. The homes in Timucua feature three and four bedroom homes with Bermuda Georigan architectural styles with high peaked roofs and column accents.
Vida Vista
Vida Vista is located in the Vista section of Hunter’s Creek off of Town Center Blvd. The community consists off 130 homes ranging in sized from 3 – 6 bedrooms. The first home was built in 2000 and the community was completed in 2003.
Westshire
Westshire is comprised of 146 single family homes ranging from 3 – 5 bedrooms. The community was built between 1998 and 2000 and is the westernmost community in Hunter’s Creek. The community is within walking distance of both Braddock Oak and Vista Parks.
