Hunters Creek Communities: Falcon Pointe - Montara
Falcon Pointe
Built between 1991 and 1996 Falcon Pointe is one of Hunter’s Creeks largest communities with 165 homes. The community features two large lakes where residents are able to go boating (non motor) and fish and 3 smaller ponds. The community is just outside Mallard Park which offers: tennis, basketball, sand volley ball, a children’s park and jogging. The community has a quiet friendly atmosphere with lush landscape.
Flora Vista
Flora Vista is one of Hunter’s Creek newer developments built between 2001 and 2003. The community consists of 224 properties that range from 4 to 6 bedrooms and is surrounded by a lake and conservation area. Flora Vista is located off of Hunters Vista Blvd north of Town Center.
Foxhaven
Foxhaven is a community of 137 homes located on the 5th hole on the Hunters Creek golf course. The friendly community is located just off of Hunters Creek Blvd between Orange Blossom Trail and John Young Pkwy. Foxhaven features 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes ranging in sizes from 1200 – 1900 square feet.
Glenhurst
The community of Glenhurst is comprised of 164 homes consisting of 3, 4,and 5 bedrooms with square footages ranging from 1800 – 3500. The first home was built in 1991 and the community was completed in 1996. Residents in Glenhurst take pride in their properties and are continually working towards keeping the community in tip top shape. They also enjoy a beautiful pond with a fountain near the west entrance. Glenhurst is located on the south side of Town Center Blvd west of John Young Pkwy.
Heather Glen
Heather Glen is a community of 75 homes surrounded by 3 ponds and a conservation area. Heather Glen consists of 3 and 4 bedroom homes ranging in size from 2300 – 3200 square feet. The community began construction in 1996 and was completed in 1998. Heather Glen is located within walking distance to the Hunter’s Creek middle school.
Hunter’s Isle
Hunters Isle is a beautiful gated community of custom built homes by some of Orlando’s premier builders. The community features 2 lakes, a small conservation area park, and water fountains. Most of these elegant homes have lake views and are maintained with the highest of standards. Hunter’s Isle consists of 92 beautiful homes 3 to 6 bedroom homes with square footages ranging from 2300 to 4900 SF. The first home in Hunter’s Isle was built in 1990 and the community was completed in 1999. Hunter’s Isle is a great place to live and raise a family. Residents of Hunter’s Isle hold an annual block party to get re-acquainted with one another.
Keaton’s Crest
Keaton’s Crest is a neighborhood of 129 spacious home sites with homes ranging in size from 3 – 5 bedrooms. The smallest of the homes in Keaton’s Crest measures 1950 square feet and the largest is approximately 3500 square feet. Homes in Keaton’s Crest surround a large pond and the community is bordered by a natural forest on the west side making the community a peaceful quiet area. Located on the west side of Hunter’s Creek off of Town Center Blvd west of John Young Pkwy.
Mallard Cove
Mallard Cove is a community surrounded by Lakes and conservation areas. The community consists of 182 home sites conveniently located between John Young Pkwy and Orange Blossom Trail on Town Center Blvd. Mallard cove also features a small children’s playground near the entrance of the community. Community residents gather from time to time for neighborhood socials where they enjoy food and great conversation.
Mar Vista
Mar Vista is located in the western section of Hunter’s Creek known as the Vistas. This small community is conveniently located just outside Vista Park This neighborhood consists of 4 and 5 bedroom homes ranging from 2000 SF – 3500 SF. The first home in Mar Vista was constructed in 1999 and the community was completed in 2000.
Montara
Montara is the smallest neighborhood within Hunter’s Creek consisting of 24 homes, all with water views. This quiet tranquil peninsula community is surrounded by Lake Calabay and also has a small pond near its entrance. Montara is located west of John Young Pkwy on Hunters Creek Blvd.
