1. Renaming the community as Celebration Luxury Villas and replacing signage
2. Allowing short term rentals, and
3. Fencing and adding entry/exit gates.
The board is now requesting the owners to vote on these 3 amendments.



There is NO planned special assessment for these amendments. Funds from current reserves will be used to upgrade the community for the benefit of all
