Seven Eagles - Villas

Reunion Seven EaglesThe Seven Eagles neighborhood is located near the center of the east side of the resort and offers one-bedroom villas and three-bedroom villas. There is a beautifully landscaped area known as Linear Park running down the middle of Seven Eagles. At one end of Linear Park you will find the Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion with large infinity pool, two Jacuzzis, a cardio-fitness center, game rooms and a bar and grille. At the opposite end of Linear Park you will find the golf clubhouse with full service restaurant and lounge, reception area and golf shop.

The one-bedroom villas at Seven Eagles have a King bed in the master bedroom, a balcony, garden tub, large bathroom, living room with queen size sofa sleeper, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Standard in all one-bedroom villas are two TV’s, high-speed Internet access, DVD player, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, range, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Flatware, silverware, glassware and all other essentials for four guests are provided.

The three-bedroom villas have the same design as the one-bedroom villas but also have a lower level with two additional bedrooms, each with private bath. The second bedroom has a King bed and garden tub. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Both lower level bedrooms have outdoor patios and TV’s.

Heritage Crossing - Condominiums

The Heritage Crossing neighborhood is located just inside the security gate off County Road 532 (Osceola Polk Line Rd.) These beautiful, new condominiums and townhouses each have three bedrooms; however they have “lock-off capabilities”. This feature allows us to sell the villas as either one-bedroom, one-bath villas, two-bedroom, two-bath villas, or as three-bedroom villas. The Heritage Crossing villas offer easy and convenient access to our meeting facilities at the Heritage Center. There are two community swimming pools, one with its own Jacuzzi and another with a children's pool, conveniently located within walking distance of each villa.

You will find a King bed in the master bedroom, along with a balcony or patio, a garden tub, large bathroom, living room with queen size sofa sleeper and fully equipped kitchen. The two-bedroom villas have either a King bed or two double beds in the second bedroom along with private bath. Standard in all Heritage Crossing are TV’s in each bedroom and living room, DVD player, high-speed Internet access, full size refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker, toaster and blender.

Carriage Pointe - Town Homes

The Carriage Pointe neighborhood is located off Old Lake Wilson Road (County Road 545) and is the closest neighborhood to the entrance for the Walt Disney World Resort, just five miles away. The three-bedroom two and a half bath town homes at Carriage Pointe have views of the seventeenth hole of Tom Watson’s Independence course or overlook a conservation area where we will soon have walking and biking trails. There is a beautiful neighborhood pool located within walking distance to the villas.

The three bedroom villas at Carriage Pointe, our most affordable accommodations, have a King bed in the master bedroom along with screened balcony, large TV and private bath. The second bedroom typically has a queen-size bed, TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom furnished with two twin beds and additional TV. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The lower level has a living room area with large TV, high-speed internet access, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath and one additional room which may be set up as a den, a study, or fourth guest room. A sliding glass door leads to an outdoor patio. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all flatware, silverware and glassware for eight people.

Centre Court Ridge - Condominiums

Deep in the heart of Reunion, the beautiful new villas of Centre Court Ridge offer three- bedroom accommodations complete with “lock-off” capabilities. This feature enables Reunion to offer the villas as either one-bedroom, one bath villas, two-bedroom, two bath villas or three-bedroom, three bath villas. Centre Court offers guests easy access to our award winning tennis facility, Signature golf, spacious conference facilities and the Water Park.

Unique to Centre Court Ridge, each villa has exquisite views of Reunion’s Signature Watson course. Beautifully designed, each three-bedroom comes equipped with a personal bathroom, two Master suites with king-sized beds (some villas may have queen-sized beds in the second bedroom) and the third bedroom with two full-sized beds. Standard in all of Centre Court Ridge are TV’s in each bedroom and living room, DVD Player, high speed internet access, full-size refrigerator, microwave, range, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all flatware, silverware, and glassware for up to eight people.

Homestead - Single Family Homes

This neighborhood of private homes is surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of Florida and the spectacular Tom Watson Independence course, yet is just a short walk or drive to the main clubhouse and the pool pavilion. One-, two- or three- story private homes within Homestead offer three to eight bedrooms, some with either sweeping golf course views or views of the friendly neighborhood streetscape. The Homestead development is designed for friendly neighborhood living with the upscale ambiance of small-town America, offering homes with details such as front porches and private service entrances behind the homes.

Liberty Bluff - Single Family Homes

This unique neighborhood of private homes offers courtyard-style homes, most of which overlook the beautiful landscaping and sweeping greens of the Arnold Palmer Legacy course. Many of the homes in Liberty Bluff provide two separate structures that make up each individual residence: the main home offering 2-, 3- or 4- bedrooms with multiple bathrooms, living/dining area, full kitchen and private patio area; and a separate carriage house offering a private apartment with living area, private bedroom and en-suite bath. Between the two lies a private walled courtyard sun-deck area, many of which have private swimming pool, outdoor spa, summer kitchen, putting green or sometimes all of the above!

Patriots Landing - Single Family Homes

The first neighborhood you will see as you enter the resort, Patriot's Landing offers Key West-style two-story luxury homes with pastel color schemes. This very distinctive neighborhood is surrounded on three sides by natural conservation areas and the fourth overlooks the natural landscaping of the Arnold Palmer golf course. There is also a lake in the center of the neighborhood so homes are offered with a variety of different views. Some of the homes here are also courtyard-style with separate suites across from the main home.
