Inside Sales Associate - Licensed
What are we looking for?
- State of Florida Licensed Sales Associate, REALTOR®
- Exemplary Customer Service Skills, along with the Highest Ethical Standards
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills / Etiquette
- Exceptional Drive, Tenacity, Self-Motivation, & Positivity is a MUST
- Understanding of Computers & Technology / Ability to navigate the Internet
- Willingness & Ability to spend 80% or 90% of daily work hours on the phone / corresponding via email
- A Team-Oriented Mindset
- Professional Appearance - Yes, we know this is Florida, but kindly leave your flip flops at home.
- Member in good standing (or eligible to join) the Orlando Regional Realtor Association
- Ability to Invest 40+ Hours per week toward your Career. - If you would like to earn a Full-Time income, you have to put in the hours!
- Ability to work in-office, within our Downtown Windermere location: 625 Main Street Suite 103 Windermere, FL 34786
Desired Qualifications...
- Strong knowledge of Southwest Orlando Real Estate Market, including: Windermere, Dr. Phillips, & Winter Garden
- Strong knowledge of Orlando Area Vacation Home & Short-Term Rental Communities
- Multilingual is a plus!
Inside Sales Agent Key Responsibilities...
- Inbound / Outbound Phone Calls
- Inbound / Outbound Email Correspondence
- Call and Nurture Client Relations
- Track all Business Activities
- Manage Contact Database Systems
- NO COLD CALLING!
